We originally contacted M24 Technologies to help us with our SonicWall firewall when we upgraded our internet. Not only did they connect our new modem to our firewall, they also reviewed our existing network infrastructure and immediately notified us that our firewall's security services and firmware are out of date. Their engineer helped us with everything from license renewals and firmware updates to security configuration. They have been our outsource IT Department ever since. Our phones are important to our business and when we recently had problems with them they helped us troubleshoot our network and communicated with our phone vendor and ISP. There was no finger pointing. They stayed with the project until it was completed correctly and I appreciate that.
