With 17 years of IT experience across
industries like healthcare, biotechnology, banking, waste management, and powersports, Lester brings
a rare blend of technical expertise and hands-on healthcare operations
knowledge. His story began in the dental field, not from the sidelines, but
chairside with patients, working as a certified dental assistant. He worked
directly alongside dentists performing X-rays, assisting in cleanings,
fillings, crown preps, root canals, and more. He even supported front office
operations, handling patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and critical
administrative workflows.
This experience gave him a unique
perspective on how technology impacts both patient care and practice
management. He saw firsthand how a slow server, a crashed practice management
system, or a malfunctioning digital x-ray sensor could bring an entire practice to a
halt. And he was the person who stepped up to solve those problems long before
officially transitioning into full-time IT.
Beyond the dental practice walls, Lester
also made a significant impact in the clinical laboratory space. He partnered
with Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Lab Directors, and LIS (Laboratory
Information System) experts to design and implement IT infrastructures from the
ground up. From secure networking, firewall protection, and server

Science from Santa Ana College and Cal State Fullerton, along with experience
